Shipping & Refund Policy
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship Australia wide. We hope to ship internationally soon!
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent via Australia Post. There are two types of shipping options available:
- Standard Shipping (free!) : 2-7 business days
- Express Shipping ($5 flat rate): 1-3 business days
If your order is placed on the weekend or on a public holiday it will be dispatched the following business day.
Can I track my order?

Refunds and returns:
We offer refunds on items returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the packaging is damaged or the product has been opened or used, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
